What is a Sponsor?
A sponsor is
a company, corporation or individual interested in promoting them selves or
products through a secondary company (Latin Concerts) for a fee*.
The
secondary company uses different types of media to advertise its events.
The sponsor name and/or product is used on the advertisement(s) giving a
great recognition to the company and/or product.
Benefits of Becoming a Sponsor.
Latin
Concerts constantly analyzes the Hispanic market* to create the best ad campaign
for each concert. Based on the
analysis, the company uses different types of media for the advertisement plan.

Our Concerts
By being
part of the advertisement plan, the sponsor will be able to reach a large amount
of audiences. The sponsor
deals directly with Latin Concerts specialists.
This eliminates multiple contracts and headaches for the sponsor.
In addition
we grant VIP passes to our events, which can be used by your company for
marketing strategy, gifts, employee benefits etc.

Examples of Sponsor packages.
We offer
different types of sponsor packages from
basic to premium plus.
This allows the sponsor to have flexibility in choosing the right package
that best suits the individual sponsor. Here are some examples:
Basic: Printed
ads (Flyers, posters and newspaper) and 1 pair of VIP passes.
Standard:
Basic package plus radio
commercials and 3 pairs of VIP passes.
Premium: Basic
and standard packages plus Television commercials 6 Pairs of VIP passes.
PREMIUM
PLUS: It includes
Basic, Standard and Premium with sole sponsor rights to advertisement and 10 or
more VIP passes according to venue capacity.
In addition,
each sponsor will received a detail advertisement scheduled based on the package
selected.
Please
note: Sponsor fees are based on
performer, campaign and venue capacity.
How to become a Sponsor.
Once you
selected the package that best fits your needs, contact our office and we will
schedule an appointment to answer any questions and fill out a contract form or
if you prefer we can mail you a contract form.
